About Sue
Sue was born in Edgbaston many years ago! She is a friendly, bubbly person who at times can be loud!! But once you've met her you have a loyal friend for life. Who is caring, funny, and loving.Sue works part-time as a P.A in Tamworth, which enables her to dedicate her spare time to looking after the kids and Marcus - but she does manage to fit it some keep fit, meals with the girls, a boogie night here and there, oh and of course shopping.
About Marcus
Marcus was also born many years ago in the centre of the Universe that is Atherstone. He'd like to point out though that his birth was not as far back as Sue's. He is tall, dark, and handsome (well two out of three aint bad), and he follows the best football team in the land - Middlesbrough. He is laid back - so laid back that he is almost horizontal. He's friendly, loving, caring and, just in case you haven't realised it by now, funny.Marcus works full time as an Assistant Contracts Manager. When he gets some spare time he enjoys football, playing football with his son, playing football on the playstation, oh and drinking beer whilst watching football. He also enjoys watching films and classic comedy from yester year.
How They Met
They met one night in a very dodgy nightclub in Tamworth (All hail the Embassy). Sue has a phobia of dwarfs! and so she only likes men that are at least 6ft tall. Marcus was leant against a table when Sue spotted him. She knew though that'd he'd definately be about 6ft. Little did she realise that when he stood up to his full height he was 6ft 7ins, and Sue was in her element.Fortunately Marcus had always had a thing for petit, curvacious, dark skinned ladies - and Sue ticked all those boxes.
The Proposal
Err well, Sue and Marcus had discussed that if they got engaged, it would not be a long engagment. Then one night Sue asked Marcus if she should look into how much it would cost to get married (very romantic hey?). So she asked around a few of her friends who are married and some that could help. They all got excited and kept asking when the date was. So it kind of escalated from there and the next thing they knew they were setting a date and planning a wedding.Who says romance is dead!!! haha
